甘蔗脱毒健康组培裸根苗大田移栽成活生长影响因素

Study on the Factors of Survive and Growth of Sugarcane Bare-root Seedlings Transplanting in Field

摘要:

【研究目的】减少组培苗苗圃培育时间,延长种苗大田生长时间,提高单位面积产蔗量,提高种苗繁育速度,促进健康种苗的繁育与推广,为甘蔗脱毒健康组培裸根苗直接移栽大田提供理论依据和实践指导;【方法】以新台糖22号茎尖脱毒健康组培丛栽苗为材料,比较移栽前不同水肥炼苗条件、移栽时间、移栽方式及移栽后的光照条件等对单株裸根苗大田移栽成活率的影响;【结果】移栽前对丛栽苗进行控水控肥炼苗10天左右,裸根苗大田移栽成活达89.5%,与对照达极显著水平,蔗苗成活后其长势优于对照;丛栽苗分单株后移栽时间越快成活率越高,一般不超过4小时为宜;移栽深度2-3cm为宜,过浅成活率下降,过深分蘖苗数减少或没有分蘖苗;利用遮光率为70%以上的遮荫网遮光,成活率可达95.8%-97.2%;春季移栽、仿水稻栽培插秧式移栽等利于甘蔗裸根苗的成活;【结论】在丛栽苗圃中培育健壮、抗逆能力强的组培苗,移栽过程中加强水分、光照管理,甘蔗脱毒健康组培裸根苗可直接进行大田移栽。

Abstract:

In order to decrease period culture in nursery and to prolong its growth in field, together with improving the yield of unit area and increasing the speed of propagation, we did the following experiments about bare-root seedling of sugarcane transplanted in field. The group-planting seedlings of ROC22 were viru-free by tip culture..we compared the effects of water and fertilizer before transplantion , time of trantplantion, way of trantplantion and the condition of illumination to survival rate and growth when single bare-root seedling transplanting in field. The results showed that , when controled the water and fertilizer ten day before transplanting,the seedling whose survive rate were 89.5 percent which reached very significance level than contract and grew well after survive when controlled the water and fertilizer ten days before transplanting; The more quickly transplanting , the more higher survival rate within four hurs when the group seedling separated into single plants., in the ordinary cannot beyond four hours; when trantplanted in field, it is better in 2-3 centimeter depth, , the survival rate would decrease less than 2 centimeter, and more 3 centimeter would reduce tiller or on tiller; The seedling whose survival rate can reach 95.8 to 97.2 percnet when used the 70 percent shady net. In other ways, such as transplanting in spring or transplant in water-field like rice, can increase the survival rate of bare-root seedling of sugarcane transplanting in field. In all, with the control of water, fertilizer, light shad and the depth of tansplanting, we can transplant some vigorous and strong resistance group-planting seedling to field.
