Application of Orthogonal Design in Experiments on Tissue Culture of Acanthopanax Senticosus

摘要:

以刺五加不定芽为外植体,采用二次回归正交旋转设计方法,对刺五加初代培养中6-BA和NAA的浓度配比进行筛选。通过对所建模型的分析得出:6-BA 的最优浓度为0.72-1.28 mg?L-1,NAA的最优浓度为0.05-0.15 mg?L-1,其可信度达95%。

Abstract:

Quadratic regressive orthogonal revolving design experiment was used to select optimum concentration of 6-BA and NAA in WPM medium for shoot propagation of Acanthopanax senticosus.The result showed that the most of shoots achieved by the 6-BA and NAA concentrations were in a rang of 0.72-1.28 mg?L-1 and 0.05-0.15 mg?L-1 respectively.The probability of the event was 95%.
