球孢白僵菌不同菌株酯酶同工酶酶谱与RAPD多态性的研究

Beauveria bassiana Strain Esterase Isozyme Patterns of RAPD Polymorphism

摘要: 为明确球孢白僵菌的遗传多样性,本研究通过酯酶同工酶技术及RAPD-PCR技术,对实验室保存的15株球孢白僵菌,从蛋白水平与分子水平进行了遗传多样性的研究。结果表明:利用酯酶同工酶酶谱所显示的菌株间的相似性范围在0.125~1.000,而应用RAPD技术所得到的菌株间的相似性范围在0.4848~0.8848,酯酶同工酶酶谱所表现出的遗传差异性要大于RAPD谱带的差异性。可见球孢白僵菌种间存在着较为丰富的遗传多样性。

Abstract: For the genetic diversity of a clear Beauveria bassiana esterase isozymes and RAPD-PCR technology, 15 Beauveria bassiana laboratory saved from the protein level and molecular level of genetic diversity of research. The results showed that: the similarity between the strains of esterase isozyme zymograms show range from 0.125 to 1.000, while the similarity between the range of strains obtained by RAPD technique 0.4848-0.8848, esterase isozyme zymograms showed genetic differences greater than the differences of the RAPD bands. Visible Beauveria bassiana interspecific genetic diversity.
