5种紫金牛属植物种子形态及显微鉴别研究

摘要:

旨在鉴别硃砂根、矮紫金牛、东方紫金牛、铜盆花、密鳞紫金牛5种紫金牛属植物成熟种子的异同,为紫金牛属植物物种鉴别提供参考依据。以5种紫金牛属植物种子为试验材料,使用体视显微镜及石蜡切片技术对种子的形态、微性状及种子胚细胞的排列方式进行鉴别研究。结果表明,硃砂根种子外种皮棕色圆滑,胚乳外表面光滑;矮紫金牛种子外种皮纹路密集,有凹凸感,胚乳外表面有金黄色粉末镶嵌;铜盆花种子外种皮颜色较浅,纹路较矮紫金牛种子稀疏,有凹凸感,胚乳外表面凹凸不平;东方紫金牛种子较小,纹路交汇处有明显凸起,胚乳外表面呈蜡样光泽,有金黄色粉末镶嵌;密鳞紫金牛种子外种皮呈红棕色,纹路密集且有薄膜连接,胚乳外表面轻微凹凸,可看到褐色条纹;5种紫金牛属植物种子在外观性状上差异较小,而微形态和石蜡切片观察结果均显示出5种种子形态特征存在差异。本研究可为紫金牛属植物物种间鉴别提供依据,为紫金牛属植物进一步研究奠定基础。

Abstract:

The study aims to identify the similarities and differences of seeds between 5 species of Ardisia (A.crenata, A.humilis, A.squamulosa, A.obtusa, A.densilepidotula), and provide reference for the species identification of Ardisia. Five species of Ardisia were used as experimental materials, the morphology, microscopic characteristics and embryo cells arrangement of seeds were identified by stereomicroscope and paraffin section technique. The results show that the A. crenata seed is brown smooth and the outer surface of the endosperm is smooth; the A.humilis seed has a testa with longitudinal texture dense and concave-convex sense, and an outer surface of endosperm which is inlaid with golden yellow powder; the testa of A.obtusa is lighter in color, more sparse longitudinal texture than A. humilis, concave-convex sense, and uneven on the outer surface of endosperm; a seed of A. squamulosa is smaller, a testa with prominence at the junction of the texture and an outer surface of endosperm which is waxy luster and inlaid with golden yellow powder; the A.densilepidotula seed has a red brown testa, with dense texture and thin film, the outer surface of the endosperm is slightly concave-convex and has brown stripes. There is little difference in seed traits between the 5 plants under appearance traits, micromorphology and paraffin section observation results show that there are differences in the morphological characteristics. The study can provide a basis for the further research of Ardisia.
