Abstract: Farmers" homestead as the most important reset provides the basic housing security and living security for the farmers, farmers" homestead transfer intention affects farmers’ land transfer behavior, the study has important significance to protect farmers’ rights and interests. The paper takes Maoershan of Heilongjiang province as the research area, takes farmers" homestead transfer intention as the research object, develop 237 questionnaire investigations from the four aspects such as family characteristics, professional characteristics, cultural characteristics and other aspects, and use the Logistic model to analysis the research result, find out the main factors, at last, according to the research result provide the suggestions to regulate rural residential land transfer.
