药茶用菊花扦插效果的量化评价

Quantitative Evaluation on Stem Cutting Effectiveness of Medicinal Tea Chrysanthemum

摘要:

本研究旨在利用综合指标评价药茶用菊花扦插生根效果,克服单一指标或少量指标结合评价药茶用菊花扦插生根效果的片面性和主观性,并筛选出扦插生根效果好的药茶用菊花品种。试验测定8个药茶用菊花品种扦插30 d后的株高、冠幅、根数、根径、根长、最大根径、最长根长及成活率8个指标,根据上述测定指标,采用主成分分析法、隶属函数法和聚类分析等方法,对8个药茶用菊花品种的生根情况进行量化评价,将8个单项指标以主成分分析法转换成5个相互独立的综合指标,并以隶属函数法计算出综合指标值。结果表明,8个菊花品种的扦插效果,由好到差依次为‘怀冰菊’、‘杭白菊’、‘白贡菊’、‘亳菊’、‘滁菊’、‘金丝皇菊’、‘婺源皇菊’、‘黄贡菊’。以8个药茶用菊花品种的综合评价值为指标进行聚类分析,结果显示,8个药茶用菊花品种按扦插效果分为最好、一般、较差3类,‘怀冰菊’、‘杭白菊’、‘白贡菊’扦插效果最好,‘亳菊’、‘滁菊’、‘金丝皇菊’、‘婺源皇菊’扦插效果一般,‘黄贡菊’扦插效果较差。

Abstract:

This study aims to utilize comprehensive indicators to evaluate the rooting effect of chrysanthemum used in medicinal tea through cuttings. This approach seeks to overcome the limitations of using a single or a limited number of indicators, which may lead to subjective and one-sided evaluations. The ultimate goal is identifying chrysanthemum varieties with superior rooting effects for medicinal tea production. The quantitative evaluation of the rooting performance of different chrysanthemum varieties used for medicinal tea through cutting propagation is conducted in this study. Eight indicators, including root number, root length, longest root length, root diameter, maximum root diameter, plant height, canopy width, and survival rate, were measured after 30 days of cutting propagation. The rooting situation of the eight chrysanthemum varieties was quantitatively assessed using principal component analysis, subordination function method, and cluster analysis. The cutting propagation performance of the chrysanthemum varieties was ranked by transforming the eight individual indicators into five independent comprehensive indicators through principal component analysis and calculating comprehensive indicator values using the subordination function method. The results of grafting eight chrysanthemum varieties in descending order of effectiveness were ‘Huaibingju’, ‘Hangbaiju’, ‘Baigongju’, ‘Boju’, ‘Chuju’, ‘Jinsihuangju’, ‘Wuyuanhuangju’ and ‘Huanggongju’. Using the comprehensive evaluation value of eight medicinal tea chrysanthemum varieties as the index for cluster analysis, the results indicated that these varieties could be categorized into three groups based on their grafting effects: best, moderate, and poor. Specifically, ‘Huaibingju’, ‘Hangbaiju’ and ‘Baigongju’ exhibited the best grafting effects, while ‘Boju’, ‘Chuju’, ‘Jinsihuangju’ and ‘Wuyuanhuangju’ showed moderate effects, and ‘Huanggongju’ had the poorest grafting effect.
