4个野牡丹新品种扦插技术研究

Research on Cutting Technology of Four New Melestoma Varieties

摘要:

以‘紫绮’、‘紫姝’、‘霓裳’和‘霁月’4个野牡丹新品种当年生嫩枝为材料,设置3种扦插基质,3种植物生长调节剂分别设定3种浓度进行扦插试验,记录各处理的开始生根时间以及扦插30 d后的生根率、生根数、平均根长。结果表明,不同扦插基质与生长调节剂对4个野牡丹新品种的生根率、生根数和平均根长均具有显著影响。4种野牡丹在泥炭土中生根起始时间最早,生根效果较好;其生根率分别在ABT 500 mg/L、ABT 500 mg/L、ABT 500 mg/L和ABT 1000 mg/L的处理下达到最高;生根数分别在NAA 2000 mg/L、NAA 500 mg/L、IBA 1000 mg/L和NAA 1000 mg/L处理下达到最多;平均根长分别在ABT 1000 mg/L、ABT 500 mg/L、ABT 500或1000 mg/L和ABT 500 mg/L处理下达到最长。综合考虑,4个野牡丹新品种的最优栽培基质为泥炭土,适用于其最佳生长调节剂处理分别为ABT 500 mg/L、ABT 500 mg/L、ABT 500 mg/L和ABT 1000 mg/L。这些发现不仅为野牡丹新优品种的扦插繁殖提供了重要的技术参考,而且对其规模化生产与推广应用具有积极的推动作用,对优化野牡丹的繁殖技术和推广其栽培与应用具有重要意义。

Abstract:

The current year shoots of four new Melestoma varieties, namely ‘Ziqi’, ‘Zishu’, ‘Nishang’ and ‘Jiyue’, were used as materials, three kinds of cutting substrates were set up, and three plant growth regulators were set at three concentrations for the card cuttings experiments, and the rooting time of different treatments, as well as the rooting rate, the number of roots, and the average root length of the cuttings 30 d after the cutting were recorded. The results showed that different cutting substrates and growth regulators had significant effects on the rooting rate, number of roots and average root length of the four new Melestoma varieties, which had the earliest rooting onset and better rooting effect in peat soil; the rooting rate was highest in the ABT 500 mg/L, ABT 500 mg/L, ABT 500 mg/L and ABT 1000 mg/L treatments respectively; the number of roots was highest in the NAA 2000 mg/L, NAA 500 mg/L, IBA 1000 mg/L and NAA 1000 mg/L treatments respectively; and the average root length was longest in the ABT 1000 mg/L, ABT 500 mg/L, ABT 500/1000 mg/L and ABT 500 mg/L treatments respectively. Taking together, the optimal cultivation substrate for the four new Melestoma cultivars was peat soil, and the optimal growth regulator treatments applied to them were ABT 500 mg/L, ABT 500 mg/L, ABT 500 mg/L and ABT 1000 mg/L, respectively. These findings not only provide an important technical reference for the cutting propagation of new and excellent Melestoma varieties, but also have a positive role in promoting its large-scale production and application. It is of great significance to optimize the propagation technology of Melestoma and promote its cultivation and application.
