摘要:

蔬菜废弃物含有丰富的养分和营养物质,具有很高的资源化利用价值,但由于没有得到良好的利用,造成了资源浪费及环境污染。本研究综述了5种蔬菜废弃物资源化利用方式:蔬菜废弃物肥料化、基质化、饲料化、能源化、环保材料化,以期能够为蔬菜废弃物的资源化高效利用提供参考。

Abstract:

Vegetable waste is rich in nutrients and nutrient substances, and has a high value of resource utilization. However, it has not been well utilized, causing resource waste and environmental pollution. This paper introduces five ways of resource utilization of vegetable waste, including vegetable waste used as fertilizer, substrate, feed, energy and environmental protection materials, in order to provide reference for resource utilization of vegetable waste.
