宝兴鼠尾草的光合特性研究

Study on the Leaf Photosynthetic Characteristics of Salvia paohsingensis

摘要:

自然条件下利用Li-6400型便携式光合仪,测定宝兴鼠尾草(Salvia paohsingensis)叶片的光响应及光合日变化进程。结果表明:宝兴鼠尾草的最大净光合速率为27.30μmol?m-2?s-1,暗呼吸速率为-2.24μmol?m-2?s-1,光补偿点为40.09μmol?m-2?s-1,光饱和点为1600μmol?m-2?s-1,表观量子效率为0.0512,具较高量子产额,能够充分利用弱光并具有较强的耐荫性。宝兴鼠尾草的净光合速率日变化具有明显的“午休”现象,这是气孔限制因素作用的结果。相关性分析表明,空气相对湿度和胞间CO2浓度是影响宝兴鼠尾草净光合速率的主要因子。因此,在栽培时,可采取雾灌或与其他高竿作物间作的方式,以缓解午休现象,提高光合作用效率。

Abstract:

In order to provide basic data for wild plant resources protection and cultivation of Salvia paohsingensis, the photosynthetic characteristics were studied with the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system in this paper. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) was measured under different light intensities condition, and then drawing the curve of Pn respond to light intensities according to the results. The diurnal variation of Pn was measured at sunny day from 8:30a.m.-17:30p.m. The results showed that the Pnmax, Rd, LCP, LSP and AQY of S. paohsingensis were 27.30μmol?m-2?s-1, -2.24μmol?m-2?s-1, 40.09μmol?m-2?s-1, 1600μmol?m-2?s-1 and 0.0512 respectively. S. paohsingensis had the strong utilization efficiency on weak light.Diurnal course curves of S. paohsingensis net photosynthetic rate had two peaks. The “midday depression” of S. paohsingensis was belonged to stomatal limitation. Among the ecological factors and the physiological factors, RH and Ci were the key ones that influenced the Pn of S. paohsingensis. To ease “midday depression” and increase production of S. paohsingensis, some tall crops should be intercropped.
