梨果实生长期矿质元素变化研究

摘要:

为了进一步明确矿质元素对梨果实品质的影响,并为梨施肥和品质调控提供理论依据,以香梨、‘早酥’梨和‘新梨7号’为材料,研究了在果实生长发育期间,Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu元素的含量变化。结果表明:‘新梨7号’、香梨和‘早酥’梨果实中果实中Ca、Mg含量随果实生长逐渐降低,而Cu和Mn元素含量逐渐升高,Fe、Zn波动较大。其中香梨果实Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu含量高于‘早酥’梨和‘新梨7号’果实,‘早酥’梨果实中Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn含量高于‘新梨7号’。果实生长发育期间,对3个梨品种果实各矿质营养元素含量进行比较,变化形式一致,均为:Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn。

Abstract:

In this paper, the experiment that the variation of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu content in the fruit of fragrant pear and ‘Zaosu’ pear and ‘Xinli No.7’ were done during the development to determine the effect of mineral elements on the fruit quality and would provide theoretical evidence for fertilization and fruit quality control of pear. The results showed that the content of Ca, Mg reduced gradually, the content of Cu, Mn rose gradually, and the content of Fe, Zn fluctuated greater with fruit development in the fruits of fragrant pear, ‘Zaosu’ pear and ‘Xinli No.7’. The content of Ca, Mg, Mn and Cu in the fruits of fragrant pear was higher than ‘Zaosu’ pear and ‘Xinli No.7’, and the content of Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn in the fruits of ‘Zaosu’ pear was higher than ‘Xinli No.7’. The changes of the 3 pear varieties mineral nutrient elements content were compared during the development, which were Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn.
