外源硒对水稻抗氧化酶活性、产量及其体内硒含量影响的研究

摘要:

为研究两种不同外源硒施用对‘富源4号’水稻抗氧化酶活性、产量及其体内硒含量的影响,明确最佳的施硒方式,为富硒农产品发展提供理论指导。在宁夏低硒区(永宁县),以‘富源4号’水稻为试验材料,利用富硒微肥胶囊作土壤基施,螯合硒叶面肥结合在水稻关键生育时期作叶面喷施,采用数理统计等方法,比较分析不同外源施硒对水稻抗氧化酶活性、产量及其体内硒含量的变化规律。在水稻不同生长时期,水稻叶片MDA、POD活性分别比对照提高41.17%和35.98%,且螯合硒叶面肥处理与其他处理相比均有显著差异;叶片SOD活性呈现先增加后降低的趋势,各处理与对照相比差异显著且T3处理提高91.71%;不同施硒处理均提高了茎秆、叶片和大米全硒含量,大米有机硒含量约占到大米全硒含量的62.11%~80.96%,方差分析后与对照差异显著,且喷施效果好于基施。低硒区采用外源硒补给方式进行植物体内硒的富集有一定的效果,其中叶面喷施硒肥的效果要好于富硒微肥胶囊的结果,且缺硒区外源硒处理在一定程度上可提高水稻产量,同时能够增加提高水稻叶片及稻米中的全硒含量。

Abstract:

The aim is to study the effects of two exogenous selenium applications on antioxidant enzyme activity, yield and selenium content of rice Oryza sativa L. cv. ‘Fuyuan No. 4’, determine the best way of selenium application and provide reference for developing selenium-rich agricultural products. In the low-selenium area of Ningxia (Yongning County), ‘Fuyuan No. 4’ was used as the experimental material, and selenium-rich micro-fertilizer capsule was used as soil base application, chelated selenium foliar fertilizer combined with selenium leaf fertilizer was sprayed at the key growth stage of rice. By means of mathematical statistics, the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity, yield and selenium content of rice treated with different exogenous selenium were analyzed. Respectively, MDA and POD activity of rice leaves were 41.17% and 35.98% higher than those of control at different growth stages, and significant differences were observed between the chelated selenium leaf fertilizer treatment and other treatments. The SOD activity in leaves increased first and then decreased, the difference between each treatment and the control group was significant, and that of the T3 treatment increased by 91.71%. The selenium content of stem, leaf and rice increased under different selenium treatments, the organic selenium content of rice accounted for 62.11%-80.96% of the total selenium content of rice. After variance analysis, the difference was significant, and the spraying effect was better than base application effect. From the heading stage to the filling stage, different exogenous selenium treatments had an effect on the activity of antioxidant enzymes in rice, which was related to the selenium concentration. In the low-selenium areas, exogenous selenium supplement could enrich selenium in rice plants, and the effect of applying selenium fertilizer on leaves was better than that of selenium enriched micro-fertilizer capsules. Moreover, the exogenous selenium treatment in the Se-deficient areas could improve the yield of rice to a certain extent, and increase the selenium content in rice leaves and grains.
