Research Progress of Selenium-enriched Millet

摘要:

为探明谷子中硒元素的吸收特征,提高谷子富硒水平,归纳了国内外富硒谷子的研究现状,主要从富硒谷子籽粒硒的含量、存在形态,硒的吸收、转运机理以及硒与谷子生长发育的关系等方面进行了总结。着重分析了不同价态硒在谷子体内的转运机制以及硒肥种类、施肥方式对谷子生长和品质的影响。分析表明,谷子对硒酸盐的吸收机制主要是通过共用硫酸盐转运子来进行主动吸收,对亚硒酸盐的吸收则是被动吸收,并且受土壤pH的调控。叶片喷施无机硒是提高谷子硒含量最为直接的方法,加快了硒元素的吸收和向籽粒的运转效率。研究指出目前富硒谷子发展的不足,并提出要加强富硒品种的选育,制定谷子富硒栽培技术和标准。

Abstract:

The paper aims to explore the absorption characteristics of selenium element in millet and improve the selenium level of millet. The paper summarized the research status on selenium-enriched grain of millet at home and abroad from the selenium content, existing form, absorption and transport mechanism, and the relationship between selenium and millet growth and development. The transport mechanism of selenium in different valence states in millet, and the effects of selenium fertilizer types and fertilization methods on the growth and quality of millet were analyzed. The analysis showed that the absorption mechanism of millet on selenate was mainly the active absorption by sharing sulfate transporters, while the absorption of selenite was the passive absorption and regulated by soil pH. Spraying inorganic selenium on leaves was the most direct method to increase selenium content in millet, which accelerated selenium absorption and transportation efficiency to grains. The study pointed out the shortcomings in the current development of selenium-enriched millet, and came up with suggestions as strengthening the selection and breeding of selenium-enriched varieties and formulating cultivation techniques and standards for selenium-enriched millet.
