复合菌群CD-1对氯氰菊酯的降解特性研究

摘要:

为了控制农业生产中的农药污染,为生物修复提供科学依据,从长期受氯氰菊酯污染的土壤中分离对氯氰菊酯具有降解作用的复合菌群CD-1,并对其降解特性和最佳降解条件进行研究。结果表明,CD-1具有较宽的环境适应性,在pH 7.5、温度30℃时,CD-1对浓度在250 mg/L以下的氯氰菊酯,接种72 h后氯氰菊酯的降解率可达90%以上。田间试验表明,在自然条件下,复合菌群对喷施浓度为50 mg/L的氯氰菊酯5天后即可降解80%。

Abstract:

In order to provide the theoretic basis in bioremediation, the cypermethrin degradation microbial community CD-1 was obtained from cypermethrin contaminated oil. The degradation characteristics and the optimal degraing conditions were studied. The result shows that CD-1 has wide range adaptability to environmental. When the initial concentration of cypermethrin was lower than 250 mg/L, the degrading efficiency could reach more than 90% after 72 hours at pH 7.5 and 30℃. Under natural conditions, the degrading efficency of CD-1 was up to 80% after 5 days.
