Abstract:

In order to realize the benign interaction between rural land circulation and rural social security, people should clear and deep analysis of the rural land circulation and rural social security relationship, on the basis of reasonable allocation land circulation revenue, safeguard the peasants’ rights and interests, adjust the rural land circulation industry structure to promoting rural labor transfer, establish a rural land circulation intermediary organizations, improve land circulation system to establish a rural social security system. And strengthen the leading role of government to rural social security,ensure the rural social security fund value, emphasize on establish and perfect the three items on rural basic social security system, establish multi-tiered rural social security structure to promote the circulation of rural land.
