摘要：

跨文化旅游对旅游地居民心理和行为具有深远的影响。利用2010年9月在敦煌对当地居民所作的200份抽样调查资料，从当地居民对外国游客的态度和对外国游客旅游影响的感知出发，探析了跨文化因素对旅游地居民心理及行为的影响。研究发现，跨文化旅游对当地居民的心理和行为影响主要集中在文化交往、对当地传统文化的认识和环保意识等3个方面。同时，还应注意当地居民对外来文化影响的心理承受力，正确引导居民吸收外来文化的精华，让居民真正体会到跨文化旅游带来的“效益”。

Abstract:

Cross-cultural tourism has a profound influence on the local residents’ psychology and behavior. This essay used the 200 sampling survey data of local residents gathered in Dunhuang in September 2010. From two aspects, the attitudes of local residents to the foreign tourists and the perceptions of the local residents about the tourism impact, this essay analyzed the psychological and behavioral influence of the cross-cultural factors to the local residents. It has been discovered that the influences of cross-cultural tourism to the local residents mainly concentrated in three prospects: cultural exchanges, traditional knowledge of local culture and environmental changes. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the psychological impact of foreign culture, guide the residents to absorb the inbound culture correctly and let the residents experience the real “benefit” of cross-cultural tourism.
