Empirical Study of Assessment of Agricultural Energy Value in the Context of Low-carbon Economy

摘要:

为了促进农业潜在生物质能的开发利用。基于经济视角的农业能源价值评估,运用统计年鉴的数据对2009年湖南农业的的生物质能总量及可用于能源的量进行了估算,再将其转换成标准煤以评估其价值,结果表明,当年湖南农业的能源价值约为244.75亿元,其中畜禽粪便的能源价值最高,林木的潜在价值大。相关部门在制定政策时要充分考虑农业能源的利用和相关技术的开发。

Abstract:

In order to development and utilize potential biomass energy of agriculture。We evaluate the energy value of agriculture, using the data of Hunan Statistical Yearbook 2009, we assess the total amount of biomass energy and can be used for the amount of energy, then the thesis convert it into standard coal to assess the energy value of agriculture. The results show that the hunan agriculture energy value is about 24.475 billion yuan, of which the energy value of livestock and poultry feces is the highest, and the potential value of the forest is very big. Related department in making policy should fully consider the use of agricultural energy and related technology development.
