黑龙江省大豆蚜抗药性研究

Research on Resistance of Soybean Aphid (Aphis glycines) in Heilongjiang Province

摘要:

为了明确黑龙江省大豆蚜对田间常用药剂的敏感度情况,采用浸叶法研究田间10种常用杀虫剂对大豆蚜的敏感度测定,得到药剂对大豆蚜LC50值和相对毒力指数,并于2010年对大豆蚜敏感种群的毒力基线进行测定。结果表明,哈尔滨、佳木斯、牡丹江的大豆蚜对有机磷类农药氧化乐果的抗药指数分别为6.99倍、5.47倍和4.42倍,目前黑龙江省大豆蚜还没有对其他各常用药剂产生抗性,只对有机磷类农药氧化乐果有极轻微抗性。

Abstract:

In order to clarify relatively sensitive baseline of Aphis glycines to the ten kinds of insecticides in Heilongjiang Province, the resistance of soybean aphid to ten insecticides was tested by leaf-dipping method. The LC50 and relative toxicity ratio of soybean aphid was gotten. The aim was to provide reference for controlling soybean aphid effectively. In 2010, toxicity baselines of susceptible soybean aphid were tested, the results showed that, soybean aphid had light resistance to Omethoate in Harbin, Jiamusi and Mudanjiang, the resistance index were 6.99, 5.47 and 4.42, respectively.
