中药紫草注射液对鸡胚接种后抗新城疫病毒的研究

Study of Medical Arnebiae Against Newcastle Disease Virus in SPF Chicken Embryo

摘要:

为研究紫草对新城疫病毒的抑制作用。用鸡胚培养法和血凝试验,测定了4组试验中药紫草对鸡新城疫病毒的作用效果。结果显示:第Ⅰ组接种病毒尿囊液与中药紫草混合液,HA滴度0;第Ⅱ组接种病毒尿囊液与盐酸金刚烷胺混合液,HA滴度4 log2;第Ⅲ组接种病毒尿囊液与生理盐水混合液,HA滴度8 log2;第Ⅳ组不接种病毒尿囊液、不给药、HA滴度0。第Ⅰ组与第Ⅲ组差异极显著(P<0.01),第Ⅱ组与第Ⅲ组差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明,紫草对鸡胚无毒性作用;紫草与病毒同时接种鸡胚,能完全抑制鸡新城疫病毒在鸡胚中的增殖。

Abstract:

Study of radix Arnebiae on newcastle disease virus inhibition. SPF chicken embryo culture and Hemagglutination test were used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Chinese tradition medicine radix Arnebiae on Newcastle disease virus. Test a total of 4 groups, first groups inoculated virus allantoic fluid and radix Arnebiae mixture, HA was 0. The second group of inoculation of the virus allantoic fluid with amantadine hydrochloride mixture, HA was 4 log2. Article III group inoculated virus allantoic fluid and normal saline solution, HA was 8 log2. Article IV group not inoculated virus allantoic fluid, not to the drug, HA was 0. The group I and III group had extremely significant difference (P<0.01 ), the group II and III group had significant difference (P<0.05 ). The results showed that the radix Arnebiae had no side-effect on SPF chicken embryo. Synchronously inoculating SPF chicken embryo with the radix Arnebiae and virus allantoic fluid could completely inhibited the reproduction of Newcastle disease virus in SPF chicken embryo.
