2018年4月晋城市倒春寒天气及气象服务分析

Analysis of cold weather and meteorological services on April 2018 in Jincheng

摘要: 2018年4月初,晋城市出现复杂的倒春寒天气,降温剧烈、持续时间长、伴随降水,之后又出现大风,粮食作物及开花果树出现冻害,损失严重,本文拟对2018年4月初晋城市的倒春寒天气进行分析,从前期气候特征和天气形势进行研究,发现浅槽波动配合地面倒槽、东路冷空气快速入侵并不断补充是造成此次倒春寒冻害的天气形势;亚洲环流经向指数异常对后期的倒春寒天气预报有明显的警示意义。通过对此过程的决策气象服务进行分析,得出此次过程决策服务及时、准确,灾害性天气的预警信息发布早;气象产品覆盖面大,受众面广;部门联动,部署得力。但因降温强度大,持续时间长,收效甚微,损失惨重。因此,如何采取更有效的防御措施来避免或减轻此类灾害的损失,是气象和农业领域需要进一步改进和思考的方向。

Abstract: in the early April 2018, the complex spring cold weather occurred in Jincheng city. The temperature was severe, the duration was long, the precipitation was accompanied by the severe wind. The grain crops and the flowering fruit trees were frozen and the loss was serious. In this paper, the spring cold weather in the early April 2018 was analyzed, from the early climate characteristics and weather. The situation is studied. It is found that the fluctuation of shallow trough combined with the ground trough, the rapid invasion of the cold air of the East Road and the continuous supplement are the weather situation of the spring cold and frost damage, and the Asian circulation meridian anomaly has obvious warning significance to the late spring cold weather forecast. Through the analysis of the decision-making meteorological service of this process, it is concluded that the process of decision-making service is timely and accurate. The early warning information of the disaster weather is published early; the coverage of meteorological products is large and the audience is wide; the departments are linked and deployed well. However, because of the strong cooling effect, long duration, little effect and heavy losses. Therefore, how to take more effective defense measures to avoid or reduce the loss of such disasters is the direction of further improvement and thinking in the field of Meteorology and agriculture.
