狮头鹅不同繁殖阶段血清生化指标的测定研究

Determination of Serum Biochemical Parameters During Reproductive Cycle in Shitou Goose

摘要:

为了完善狮头鹅的品种特征数据,探讨就巢性极强的狮头鹅繁殖周期的血清生化指标变化规律。选取健康成年狮头母鹅45只,对其产蛋期、就巢期和休产期的血清钙、磷、总蛋白、葡萄糖等11项生化指标进行测定。结果表明:产蛋期血钙、血磷水平较高,而就巢期和休产期差异不显著;血清ALP水平在产蛋期较高,分别比就巢期和休产期提高39.49% (P<0.05)和12.70%;3个时期血清TP、CREA、UA和CHO含量差异均不显著,BUN含量在就巢期较低,分别比产蛋期和休产期低24.49%(P<0.05)和34.69%(P<0.05)。试验建立了狮头鹅不同繁殖阶段血清生化指标参考值,为其饲养管理、保种选育、疾病防治等方面提供依据。

Abstract:

To perfect the breed characteristics data and investigate the changes of serum biochemical parameters in Shitou goose with strong broodiness during reproductive cycle, eleven serum biochemical parameters were measured on 45 adult female Shitou geese at different stages. The results were as follows: (1) The concentrations of serum calcium and phosphorus ions were highest during laying period, and the difference was significantly. (2) The level of ALP in laying was increased by 39.49% (P<0.05) and 12.70% respectively than that in incubation and laying cessation. (3) The levels of TP, CERA, UA and CHO were not significantly at different stages, but the level of BUN was lowest during incubation, and it was decreased by 24.49% (P<0.05) and 34.69% (P<0.05) respectively than that in laying and laying cessation. The results provided evidence to establish serum biochemical parameters of Shitou geese during reproductive cycle, which might provided a reference in feeding management, breed protection and selection, prevention and treatment of disease and so on.
