转抗寒基因杏果实饲喂小白鼠试验的研究

Study on the Safety about Small White Rats Feeding Transgenic Apricot with Cold Resistance Gene

摘要:

为探究转抗寒基因杏果实的食用安全性。本研究将转抗寒基因大果杏和普通大果杏的果肉和杏仁按照高剂量、低剂量、对照组分别饲喂小白鼠,对其血常规、肝功、肾功指标进行检测。结果表明:饲喂不同剂量转抗寒基因杏果肉和杏仁的小白鼠与对照组无显著性差异,未发现食用转抗寒基因杏的小白鼠有不良反应。在一定程度上说明转抗寒基因杏对小白鼠是安全的,加之人类的小白鼠的消化等系统基本相似,可以初步推断食用转抗寒基因杏对人类可能是安全的。

Abstract:

In order to discuss the transgenic Apricot with Cold Resistance Gene whether the bad influences to human heath had, the small white rats feeding transgenic Apricot with Cold Resistance Gene and common Apricot were studied separately. The hematology and biochemistry indexes, organic histological maps of liver, kidney, of the two groups were analyzed. The results showed that every index of the two groups did not have significant difference. It indicted that transgenic Apricot with Cold Resistance Gene did not have obviously bad influences to small white rats health and might be safety to human health.
