摘要: 干旱胁迫是影响烟草品质的一个重要因素,为了研究烟草内源激素对干旱胁迫的响应机理,本研究概括了烟草内源激素脱落酸、生长素、茉莉酸、细胞分裂素、赤霉素和乙烯在干旱胁迫下的变化规律。认为可以将烟草体内所有激素分为抑制和促进2种类型,2种激素能通过相互协调共同提高烟草抗旱能力来适应干旱逆境,但关于烟草内源激素在干旱胁迫方面的研究尚少,烟草体内各种内源激素之间的协同与拮抗作用也有待于进一步深入研究。这将为烟草干旱的生化调控以及烟草内源激素间的交互作用研究提供理论基础。

Abstract: Drought stress was an important factor that influenced the quality of tobacco. The variation tendencies of tobacco endogenous hormone abscisic acid, auxin, jasmonic acid, cytokinins, gibberellic acid and ethylene under drought stress were analyzed to study the response mechanism of tobacco endogenous hormone to drought dress. All of tobacco hormones could be divided into two types: inhibition and promotion, which improved tobacco drought-resistant ability to adapt to drought stress through coordination with each other. But the study of tobacco endogenous hormone in drought stress was less, and the cooperation and resistance among all kinds of endogenous hormones in tobacco needed further investigation. The research could provide theoretical foundation for studying interactions between biochemical regulation of tobacco drought and endogenous hormones.
