Comparison of Some Observation Data Assimilation in a Rainstorm of Huaihe River Basin

摘要: 为了研究不同观测资料在区域数值模式中的同化影响,选取淮河流域一次暴雨过程,采用WRF模式,直接同化NOAA卫星携带的微波温度辐射计资料AMSUA (AMSU-A)、微波湿度辐射率资料AMSUB和常规探空资料。结果表明:同化了AMSUA和AMSUB资料后对降水的模拟较控制试验有所调整,从TS和ETS评分上看,在大雨以上量级,同化卫星资料试验明显优于控制试验。 同化探空资料对强降水的模拟最优,且对强降水的空漏报也有明显改进。

Abstract: In order to study the impact of different observation data assimilation in numerical models, we use the WRF model to simulate a rainstorm of huaihe river basin by assimilating the microwave radiometer data AMSUA and AMSUB of NOAA satellite, conventional sounding data. Results show that the assimilation of AMSUA and AMSUB data can affect the precipitation forecast, its results of heavy rain was obviously better than control test in TS and ETS. The result of sounding data assimilaton test was the best in the heavy rain simulation , can improve the false and missing rate of heavy rain significantly.
