摘要: 食药用菌因其营养价值和药用价值被认为是重要的食物,但其分子机制还不是很清楚。为了促进食药用菌相关分子机制的研究,总结了分子生物学技术在核酸、蛋白质以及核酸/蛋白质相互作用研究中的相关技术,分析了在食药用菌研究中的应用情况。目前食药用菌各类分子机制的研究还相对粗浅,相关的投入还相对不足,提出应加大投入、加强分子生物学技术在食药用菌研究中的应用,特别是像基因组编辑这样的新技术。
