基于灰色关联度分析和DTOPSIS法的肾茶种质资源综合评价

Overall Evaluation of Clerodendranthus spicatus (Thunb) C.Y.WU Based on Grey Relational Analysis and DTOPSIS

摘要: 为了筛选出综合性状优良的肾茶种质,采用灰色关联度分析和DTOPSIS法分析相结合的方法对15份肾茶种质资源进行评价。结果表明,基于灰色关联度分析的肾茶参评种质各指标在其综合性状评价中关联度顺序依次为熊果酸>干叶茎比>迷迭香酸>株高>茎粗>单株干重,灰色关联度和DTOPSIS法对肾茶种质资源评价结果显示,Cs8、Cs2、Cs15种质排序在前3位,表明它们综合性状好,与理想种质最接近,在进一步优良品种选育中优先考虑。两种分析方法综合评价排序结果存在一定差异,且灰色关联度法加权关联度ri''差异最大为23.27%,种质间差异小,DTOPSIS法利用了灰色关联度法中的权重wk值,种质间接近度Ci的差异最大为55.33%,差异大,可以优先考虑此方法给出的结论。

Abstract: To select high quality germplasm resources of Clerodendranthus spicatus (Thunb) C.Y.WU, 15 germplasm resources ofC. spicatus (Thunb) C.Y.WU were evaluated by grey relational analysis and DTOPSIS. The result showed that the order of correlation grade valueri of each character in the overall evaluation ofC. spicatus (Thunb) C.Y.WU based on grey relational analysis was as follows: ursolic acid content >dry leaf weight/ stem weight ratio >rosmarinic acid content> stem height > stem diameter > plant dry weight. The result also showed that germplasm Cs8, Cs2, Cs15 were ranked as the top three, indicating that they had the best comprehensive traits, closest to the ideal germplasm, and these germplasm should be considered preferentially for further breeding. The grey relational analysis and DTOPSIS analysis gave a different overall evaluation result, and the biggest difference of the weighting correlation grade valueri’in grey relational analysis was only 23.27%, the difference was not obvious among germplasm. The biggest difference of Ci value in DTOPSIS using the weighting value ωk of grey relational analysis was 55.33%, the difference was obvious, the result of DTOPSIS should be considered preferentially.
