不同棚室内秋延后种植沙窝萝卜品质鉴定

Quality Identification of Shawo Radish Planted in Greenhouse

摘要: 为了科学选择适宜秋延后种植“沙窝萝卜”的温室,对2016-2017年不同类型温室内种植的“沙窝萝卜”样品进行品质鉴定,分别测定其长度、直径、重量、可溶性固形物、还原性VC、干物质、硬度等指标。结果表明:从长度、直径、重量、可溶性固形物及硬度指标上来说,冷棚内“沙窝萝卜”质量优于暖棚内“沙窝萝卜”;在冷库中储存一周以上,冷棚内样品中的还原性VC含量高于暖棚内样品;冷棚内“沙窝萝卜”的水分含量流失速度低于暖棚内“沙窝萝卜”。因此,从“沙窝萝卜”的品质上看,冷棚较暖棚更适宜秋延后种植“沙窝萝卜”。

Abstract: To choose the suitable greenhouse for planting Shawo radish, we measured the length, diameter, weight, soluble solid, reductive vitamin C, dry matter content, and flesh-firmness of radish samples, which were planted in different greenhouses during 2016-2017. The results show that the quality of Shawo radish in cold greenhouse is better than that in warm greenhouse, considering the length, diameter, weight, soluble solid and flesh-firmness; the content of reductive vitamin C of samples in cold greenhouse is higher than that in warm greenhouse after being stored for up to one week in refrigeration storage; the loss rate of moisture content of Shawo radish planted in cold greenhouse is lower than that in warm greenhouse. Therefore, cold greenhouse is more suitable for planting Shawo radish.
