影响枣胚培试管苗生根因子的研究

摘要： 以婆婆枣胚培试管苗为试材，研究了影响其不定根形成的一系列因子。结果表明，IBA、IAA、NAA三种生长素单独使用时以IAA2.0mg/L生根率最高，达60.7%；但IAA与IBA配合使用时有明显增效作用，最佳浓度配比为IBA1.0mg/L+IAA0.01mg/L，其生根率最高达91.0%，而6—BA抑制根的形成。1/2MS+20g/L蔗糖为基本培养基较好。另外，也探讨了苗质及暗培养对生根的影响。

Abstract: A series of factors affecting rooting were studied in embryo culture of Chinese Date(Popozao).The results of experiment are as follows: IAA was more effective than IBA and NAA in stimulating adventitious rooting regeneration, reached as high as 60.7% of rooting rate when IAA is 2.0mg/L;But,the coordinating result of IAA and IBA is better than that of IAA and IBA by single, the best compose is IBA 1.0mg/L and IAA 0.01mg/L,and the best medium of inducting rooting is 1/2MS+IBA1.0mg/L+IAA0.01mg/L+sugar20g,91.0% rooting rate obtained;Cytokinin BA restrain the formation of adventitious rooting; Other factors of affecting rooting, such as the quality of vitro seedling and dark time, were described, too.
