锌对燕麦种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的研究

Effect of Zinc on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth in Oat(Avena nuda)

摘要: 用不同浓度的锌(Zn2+)处理燕麦种子,结果表明:Zn2+浓度高于10-3mol/L时,燕麦种子萌发、种子中α-淀粉酶活性和幼苗根系与地上部生长均受到明显抑制;随着Zn2+浓度的增加,根系活力下降,细胞膜透性增加,硝酸还原酶活性降低,根冠比下降。

Abstract: The oat seeds were soaked in the solution with different concentration of Zinc(Zn2+).The results showed as follows: the oat seed germination, α-amylse and seedling growth wee inhibited when [Zn2+]>10-3mol/L.With increased of Zn2+ concentration, the root activity reduced and cell membrane permeability increased, Nitrate reductase and root shoot ratio reduced.
