摘要： 中药的鉴定包括两个方面，一是中药材的真伪，二是质量的高低。我国中药材资源情况复杂，不能满足中医临床和栽培育种的需要，急需进行系统而有效的研究，DNA指纹图谱技术为中草药的真伪鉴定提供了技术保证。

Abstract: 2Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences，Shijiazhuang，050051） Abstract: the identification of Chinese traditional medicine involves two parts, one is the truthfulness, the other is the quality. As the germplasm resources in china are too complicated to be used in the hospital and the cultivation and breeding, it’s necessary to study on them systematically and effectively. DNA fingerprint is one of the useful technique to identify the truthfulness of them.
