打顶对烤烟叶片生长期间蛋白酶及含氮化合物的影响

摘要: K326生长期间进行打顶和未打顶处理,研究鲜烟叶片蛋白酶及含氮化合物的变化规律。结果表明:蛋白酶、总游离氨基酸在生长期间呈“M”型曲线变化,分别在打顶后20d和50d达到高峰,且打顶处理的烟株叶片蛋白酶含量大于未打顶处理,但总游离氨基酸与此相反。可溶性蛋白和非可溶性蛋白在生长期间呈先升高后降低的趋势,在打顶后20d左右达到最大值,随后逐渐降低,且打顶处理的烟株大于未打顶处理的烟株。

Abstract: Disposing with topping and not topping in K326 growth duration, researching the change law of protease and nitrogen compound in fresh tobacco leaves. The result is show that: Protease and the total free amino acid submit " M " type curve in growth duration. and reached peak after topping 20d and 50d, the protease of topping is larger than not topping’s , but the total free amino acid is opposite. Soluble protein and non soluble protein show the tendency that reduces after going up first in growth duration, and reaching peak after topping 20d, reducing soon afterwards gradually, the Soluble protein and non soluble protein of topping is larger than not topping’s.
