摘要:

为筛选出川中丘陵区食用型甘薯‘川M1422’适宜的综合栽培技术,采用三元二次通用组合正交设计方法,研究移栽密度、复合肥和保水剂施用量对‘川M1422’鲜薯产量和品质指标的影响。结果表明,3个栽培因素对‘川M1422’鲜薯产量、商品薯率、干物率、蛋白质、淀粉和维生素C含量的影响为移栽密度>保水剂施用量>复合肥施用量,对β-胡萝卜素含量的影响为保水剂施用量>移栽密度>复合肥施用量。以β-胡萝卜素含量、维生素C含量、商品薯率为优先考虑指标,能同时满足β-胡萝卜素含量>0.47%、维生素C含量>29.00 mg/100 g、商品薯率>93.00%的综合优化栽培措施为移栽密度4.82×104~5.76×104株/hm2、复合肥施用量709.72~785.21 kg/hm2、保水剂施用量32.67~41.03 kg/hm2

Abstract:

This paper aims to select suitable comprehensive cultivation techniques of edible-type sweet potato ‘Chuan M1422’ in the hilly region of middle Sichuan Province. The effects of transplant density, compound fertilizer and water retaining agent amount on the tuber yield and quality indexes were studied with orthogonal experiment by a ternary quadratic general combinatorial orthogonal design. The results showed that the influence of the three factors on the fresh tuber yield, commodity rate, dry matter rate, protein content, starch content and vitamin C content was in an order of transplant density > water retaining agent amount > compound fertilizer amount. The influence of the three factors on β-carotene content was in an order of water retaining agent amount > transplant density > compound fertilizer amount. The comprehensive optimal cultivation technique that satisfied β-carotene content above 0.47%, vitamin C content above 29.00 mg/100 g and the commodity rate above 93.00% was: transplant density of 4.82×10 4-5.76×104 plant/hm2, compound fertilizer amount of 709.72-785.21 kg/hm2, and water retaining agent amount of 32.67-41.03 kg/hm2.
