摘要: 采用水培试验方法,研究了不同铁营养水平下(0.00、0.56、1.12、1.68、3.36、4.48 mg/L),烟草幼苗生长及其外渗电导率、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和根系活力的关系。结果表明:铁浓度为1.68mg/L处理后的烟草幼苗生长状况较好,株高,根冠比均明显好于其它铁离子处理;抗性生理指标外渗电导率、游离脯氨酸含量及丙二醛含量均低于供试的其它铁离子处理,而可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量及根系活力均高于供试的其它铁离子处理。

Abstract: The relationship between Election Conductivity value and the contents of Soluble Sugar, Soluble Protein, Free Praline, MDA and Root Vigor in tobacco seedling under different Iron nutrition levels (0.00、0.56、1.12、1.68、3.36、4.48mg/L) using liquid culture was evaluated. The results showed that under Fe 1.68mg·L-1 treatments, the plant height and root/shoot value of tobacco leaves were better than those of the other treatments; but the Election Conductivity content, Free Praline, and MDA content were lower, while Soluble Sugar, Soluble Protein, Root vigor of tobacco were higher than those of the other treatments.
