Screening of Plants for Phytoremediation of Petroleum-contaminated Soils

摘要: 为了探讨几种植物在石油污染土壤上的生长适应性,设置了4种不同浓度的石油污染处理,对6种供试植物的种籽发芽率、株高和鲜重分别进行了观测。结果表明:玉米草的生物量最大,达到6.30~7.72g/盆,其发芽率、株高和鲜重分别是对照处理的87.1%~89.4%、93.6%~97.1%和81.6%~84.2%,黑麦草的生物量虽然仅为1.34~1.91g/盆,但其发芽率、株高和鲜重分别是对照处理的93.7%~99.5%、82.9%~84.5%和70.3%~80.5%。上述2种植物的生长受污染物浓度的影响均较小,因而适合于在石油污染的土壤上进行种植。

Abstract: Four treatments with different levels of petroleum pollutants were designed and seed germination rate, individual height and fresh weight of 6 tested plant species were determined to investigate the growth adaptability of the tested plants in petroleum-contaminated soils. The results showed that Zea mexicana had the highest biomass, up to from 6.30 g/pot to 7.72g/pot, and its seed germination rate, individual height and fresh weight were 87.1%~89.4%, 93.6%~97.1% and 81.6% ~84.2% respectively, compared with that of the control. Although the biomass of Lolium perenne just ranges from 1.34g/pot to 1.91g/pot, its seed germination rate, individual height, and fresh weight are 93.7%~99.5%, 82.9%~84.5% and 70.3%~80.5% of the control respectively. The experiment suggested that Zea mexicana and Lolium perenne could be cultivated for phytoremediation of petroleum-contaminated soils because there was less influence on their growth by petroleum pollutants.
