摘要: 数字农业(Digital Agriculture)技术的实施和完善离不开各种农业资源数据的强有力支持。笔者针对重庆江津市农业资源信息“信息孤岛”的现状,在统一网络平台的支持下,集成3S技术、Web技术和空间数据库技术,以农业资源数据库为基础,采用“元数据集中,实体数据集中”和“元数据集中,实体数据分散”相结合的模式,建立了一个集数据管理、数据的查询和检索以及数据发布等功能为一体的农业资源共享系统。应用结果表明,系统可以最大限度地利用现有农业资源数据,为农业部门的生产决策提供依据;能有效减少农业资源信息采集、加工整理过程中人力、物力和财力的投入,促进农业信息化、规范化发展。同时,系统为农业资源管理和共享提出的思路也适用于其他的行业应用,具有一定的推广意义。

Abstract: Without strong data supportance, digital agriculture cant be fully employed. To solve current problem of “information isolated island” in agriculture resource management of Jiang jin Chongqing, an agricultural resource information shared system that integrates 3S, Web technologies, database and other technologies was developed. The system adopts the model of combing centralized metadata & physical database and centralized metadata database & distributed physical database, providing the services of data management, data retrieval and query as well as data publishing. Application result shows that the system can take fully advantage of available agricultural resources data to provide supportance for agriculture yielding decision-making; also can reduce costs greatly in agricultural resources information gathering and processing, contributing to agricultural resource digitized and standardized development. Meanwhile the methodology that targets for agricultural resources management and sharing also applies for other fields, which to certain degree hence is of promotion significance.
