摘要: 采用田间试验、植株生理生化测定方法,研究了不同南瓜砧木对嫁接薄皮甜瓜叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明:各嫁接组合叶片光合速率、可溶性糖、叶绿素、蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性差异显著。与其他嫁接组合相比,生产上适宜的嫁接组合叶片光合速率、叶绿素、可溶性糖含量均有提高,随着生育期推进,SOD活性逐渐降低,POD活性逐渐升高。因此,叶片生理指标可以作为薄皮甜瓜砧木品种筛选的重要依据之一。

Abstract: Effects of different pumpkin stocks on physiological index in leaves of grafted muskmelon were studied by field trial and physiological determination. The results showed that there were significant difference in photosynthetic rate, soluble sugar, chlorophyll, protein and malomdiadehyde(MDA) contents, the peroxidase(POD) and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities among combinations. Compared with other combinations, the combination which had been applied in practice enhanced photosynthetic rate, soluble sugar and chlorophyll contents. With the growth period proceeding, the enzyme activity of SOD was decreased, while that of POD increased gradually. Accordingly, physiological index in leaves of grafted muskmelon can be used as one of the important indexes for the screening of muskmelon stock species.
