新山海关杨速生性的主因子分析

The Main Factors Affecting the Growth of the New Shanhaiguan Poplar (Populus canadensis Moench)

摘要: 新山海关杨源于山海关杨实生苗,经几年观察其速生性表现突出且稳定。本试验进一步确定了影响其速生性的主因素。以扦插苗为研究对象,测定了其生长状况,蛋白质、氨基酸、叶绿素、还原糖等基本代谢物的含量以及过氧化物酶、IAA氧化酶、硝酸还原酶活性和根活力等指标。结果表明:新山海关杨与普通山海关杨相比,速生性表现明显,蛋白质、叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶、硝酸还原酶活性差异极显著;还原糖含量、IAA氧化酶活性及根活力差异显著。对以上生理生化指标进行线性相关分析,结果表明各项指标均与植株生长呈线性相关关系,其中普通山海关杨中硝酸还原酶活性与植株生长的相关系数不显著,其余均显著;而新山海关杨中还原糖含量、硝酸还原酶活性与植株生长的相关系数极显著,其余均显著。之后进行通径分析,结果表明山海关杨的主要生长因子是根活力。

Abstract: The study is about Populus Canadensis Moench cv. ‘shanhaiguanensis’ (the old) and its mutant--new Shanhaiguan poplar variety (the new). The compared items included morphologic characters and physiological and biochemical specialties (content of chlorophyll, reductive sugar and protein, and activity of amine transferase, nitrate reductase, IAA oxidase and peroxidase). The results suggested that there were some obvious differences between two materials: (1) Rooting rate of the new poplar was higher than the old ones, and the total root length was longer than the old. Shoot’s growth rate of the news is also greater than the old in 55th days after cutting; the length of shoots of the new was 12.42cm, but the old only 5.34cm; (2) Both in photosynthesis (photosynthetic pigment content, reduced sugar content) and nitrogen metabolism (protein content, nitrate reductase and amine transferase activity), the new poplar was more excellent than the old; (3) By mathematic analysis, the rooting characteristics was find to be the main factor in all factors affecting plant growth.
