The Effect of DL-hydroxy-1,2,3-proanetracarboxylic on NR activity of Chinese seedling under the stress of Aluminum

摘要: 铝毒害是全球面临的重大林业和环境问题。采用正交回归旋转试验设计,通过苗木水培试验,应用数学建模分析培养液不同活性Al、DL-异柠檬酸-γ-内酯、营养浓度以及pH值对杉木幼苗硝酸还原酶(NR)活性的影响。研究结果表明,不同活性Al胁迫时期影响因素对杉木幼苗NR活性的影响各不相同,随着胁迫时间的延长,DL-异柠檬酸-γ-内酯及pH值对杉木幼苗NR活性影响的线性作用逐渐减弱,各因素间的交互作用逐渐减少,系数也呈下降的趋势;在活性Al、DL-异柠檬酸-γ-内酯以及营养浓度一定时,随着胁迫时间的延长,杉木幼苗NR活性随着pH值增大而略微增大;在培养液pH值、DL-异柠檬酸-γ-内酯以及营养浓度一定时,随着胁迫时间的延长,杉木幼苗NR活性随着活性Al浓度的增大而显著下降;在培养液pH值、活性Al以及培养液营养浓度一定时,随着胁迫时间的延长,杉木幼苗NR活性随着DL-异柠檬酸-γ-内酯浓度的增大而显著上升;在培养液pH值、活性Al以及DL-异柠檬酸-γ-内酯浓度一定时,随着胁迫时间的延长,杉木幼苗NR活性随培养液营养浓度的增大而略微增大。

Abstract: Aluminum toxicity is one of the most important problems on the forest and environment to the world. Based on the identification of allelochemicals of Schima superba leaves, the design of the regressive rotation and water cultivate experiment were utilized to analyze the effect of various of pH value, the different concentration of active Al, nutrition and DL-hydroxy-1,2,3-proanetracarboxylic on the NR activity of one-year Chinese fir seeding were done in this paper. The results showed that the different factors had different effect on the NR activity during the different period of active Al stress; The concentration of DL-hydroxy-1,2,3-proanetracarboxylic and the pH value had weak linearity, the interaction and coefficient of the each factor had degraded with prolong the period of Al stress;. As the concentration of Al, DL-hydroxy-1,2,3-proanetracarboxylic and nutrition in the solution were to a certainty, the activity of NR increased with the high of pH value along with the active Al stress; As the concentration of active Al, nutrition and pH value in the solution were to a certainty, the activity of NR was increased obviously with the strength of concentration of DL-hydroxy-1,2,3-proanetracarboxylic; As the concentration of active Al, DL-hydroxy-1,2,3-proanetracarboxylic and pH value in the solution were to a certainty, the activity of NR increased with the concentration of nutrition during the different period of active Al stress.
