800 g/L苄草丹EC对蚕豆田一年生杂草防除及安全性分析

800 g/L Prosulfocarb EC: Annual Weeds’ Control Effect and Safety Analysis in Broad Bean Field

摘要:

为明确800 g/L苄草丹EC对作物是否安全,确定最佳使用剂量,明确药剂对阔叶杂草防治效果,以及适宜用量。以‘青蚕14’作为试验材料,采用苗前土壤喷雾处理,测定有效成分含量为2040、3960、7920 g/hm2浓度下的800 g/L苄草丹EC,以及有效成分含量为1080 g/hm2浓度下的对照药剂960 g/L精异丙甲草胺EC的除草效果。结果表明,供试药剂800 g/L苄草丹EC有效量为2040~7920 g/hm2,对青海省蚕豆田一年生阔叶杂草总株防效达86.99%~89.00%,总鲜重防效达85.10%~89.29%。蚕豆播后,苗前喷施不同剂量的800 g/L苄草丹EC,不同处理区蚕豆可增产5.93%以上。该药剂对蚕豆田一年生阔叶杂草防除效果显著且对作物安全。

Abstract:

The study aims to determine the safety of herbicide 800 g/L prosulfocarb EC for crops, its control effect on broad-leaved weeds and the appropriate dosage. ‘Green Broad Bean 14’was selected as the test material, the soil before seedling was sprayed with 800 g/L prosulfocarb EC at the concentration of 2040, 3960 and 7920 g/hm2, and 960 g/L S-metolachlor EC was used as the control agent at the concentration of 1080 g/hm2. The control effects of prosulfocarb EC and S-metolachlor EC were determined. The results showed that when the effective amount of 800 g/L prosulfocarb EC was 2040-7920 g/hm2, the control effect on the annual broad-leaved weeds in broad bean field in Qinghai Province was 86.99%-89.00%, and the control effect on fresh weight was 85.10%-89.29%. After sowing broad bean, spraying 800 g/L prosulfocarb EC at different doses before seedling period could increase the yield of broad bean by more than 5.93% in different treatment areas. This herbicide has significant control effect on annual broad-leaved weeds in broad bean field and safe for crops.
