Abstract:

With the development of direct-fed microorganism products, assessment method and technique have built and developed. This paper summarizes recent developments in some aspects of the assessment of direct feed microorganism, including strains identification, acid tolerance and bile tolerance property, performance efficiency, adhesion effect, pathogen inhibition effect and immunostimulation effect on animals. The aim is to provide references to build a comprehensive assessment system of direct feed microorganism.
