摘要: 实时荧光定量PCR技术作为一项新兴技术,越来越受到人们的重视。它以快速、准确定量、便捷等优点广泛应用于科学研究各个领域,近年来, 实时荧光定量PCR技术在植物病害研究上不断深入,大大提高了植物病害的检测效率和监测防治水平。本文重点就对实时荧光定量PCR技术在由真菌、细菌、病毒、线虫引发的植物病害的检测与应用;并结合了最近几年来应用于检测和鉴定植物病原病害的实时荧光定量PCR过程中引物与探针的设计、反应过程、结果评价情况做综合论述。

Abstract: As an emerging technology, more and more people pay attention to the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. It has been widely used in different research areas, since it is fast, accurate, and easy use. In recent years, with the developing and more detailed of the technology, it has greatly improved the efficiency of detection and prevention and treatment in plant disease. In this review, it was introduced that real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detects plant disease infected by the fungus, bacterial virus and nematode, the design of primers and probes, the reactions and the evaluation of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.
