摘要: 摘要:目的 研究盐酸克伦特罗对小鼠心肌ATP酶活性和抗氧化能力的影响。方法 选用健康雄性小鼠,采用腹腔注射法给药,注射不同浓度的盐酸克伦特罗,1次/d,连续给药30d,末次给药后禁食12h,脊椎脱臼法处死小鼠,迅速取出心脏,匀浆后测定ATP酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果 盐酸克伦特罗可使小鼠心肌中ATP、SOD和GSH-PX活性显著降低,MDA含量显著升高。结论 盐酸克伦特罗可降低心肌ATP酶活性和抗氧化能力,造成心肌损伤。

Abstract: Abstract: Objective To study the effects of clenbuterol on levels of LDH and antioxidant capacity of myocardium in mice. Methods The health mice were chosed and administered different dose of clenbuterol by intraperitoneal injection for 30 days. After 30 days the mice’s heart were isolated and homogenated, the levels of ATP, SOD, MDA, and GSH-PX were detected. Results The enzyme activity of ATP, SOD and GSH-PX seemed to be reduced, while the levels of MDA tended to be elevated with the increase of clenbuterol dosage. Conclusions Clenbuterol could decrease myocardial ATP enzyme activity and antioxidant capacity, which could result in myocardial injury.
