Effects of Color Shading on Summer Tea in North China

摘要:

为探究夏季高温时节遮光颜色对北方茶产量品质及茶园微气候环境的影响,通过黑、红、银灰、绿、蓝、黄6种颜色遮阳网覆盖处理与露地CK相比较,分析茶园温湿度、茶树光合作用、茶叶产量品质等参数的变化差异。结果表明:与露地CK相比,黑色、银灰色、蓝色遮阳网下降温增湿效果最好,红网、蓝网、黄网覆盖对茶树光合作用的促进效果较为显著;同时,红网、银灰网、蓝网、黄网覆盖增产效果较佳(但覆盖时长需注意),且红网处理对叶面积的影响最为明显;另外,黑色、绿色、蓝色遮阳网覆盖有助于提高氨基酸含量,而银灰网、蓝网降低酚氨比的效果显著。虽然不同颜色遮阳网覆盖对茶叶产量品质、茶园微气候环境的调节效果存在较大差异,但总体来说,蓝、红、银灰网覆盖有利于茶树降温增湿、促进光合、增产提质等。

Abstract:

To explore the effects of shading nets with different colors on tea yield, quality and the microclimate environment of the tea field in northern China during the high-temperature summer season, shading nets with six different colors (black, red, silver-gray, green, blue and yellow) and non-shading control (CK) were set up in a northern tea garden, and the variations of tea field temperature and humidity, tea photosynthesis, tea yield and quality were analyzed. The results indicated that, in comparison with the CK treatment, black nets, silver-gray nets and blue nets had the best temperature reduction and humidification effects; red nets, blue nets and yellow nets were more effective in promoting photosynthesis of tea; red nets, silver-gray nets, blue nets and yellow nets had relatively good yield increasing effect (but the duration of shading needed more attention), and the effect of red nets on the leaf area was the most obvious. In addition, black, green and blue shading nets could improve the content of amino acids, while silver-gray and blue shading nets had a significant reducing effect on the ratio of tea polyphenols to amino acids. Although the adjustment effects of shading nets with different colors on the yield, quality and the microclimate environment of tea field are quite different, in general, the blue nets, red nets and silver-gray nets are beneficial to the cooling and humidifying of tea field, promoting photosynthesis, and increasing yield and quality of summer tea.
