乙烯利和中微量元素及功能肥在生姜上的应用效果探析

Application Effect of Ethephon, Medium Trace Element and Functional Fertilizer on Ginger

摘要:

利用乙烯利浸种、田间增施中微量元素及功能肥等,研究其对生姜产量和品质的影响,为生姜高产高效栽培提供可行性方案。结果表明:乙烯利浸种、增施中微量元素和功能肥的施用,生姜株高、主茎叶数和地上茎粗显著增加,有利于产量的增加。在生姜品质方面,乙烯利浸种和肥料处理对生姜抗坏血酸含量没有显著影响,粗纤维含量均有所降低。在供试范围内,乙烯利浸种最佳浓度为350 mg/kg;生姜功能肥施用量为525 kg/hm2;硼肥的增产效果略优于锌肥,二者对生姜品质影响略有差异;1500 kg/hm2硅肥的施用在保持生姜品质的同时具有最佳增产效果。

Abstract:

The effects of ethephon seed soaking, and field application of medium trace element and functional fertilizer on the yield and quality of ginger were studied, aiming to provide a feasible scheme for the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation of ginger. The results showed that seed soaking with ethephon and increasing application of medium trace element and functional fertilizer could increase plant height, leaf number of main stem and stem diameter of the aboveground part, which were beneficial to the increase of yield. In terms of ginger quality, ethephon and fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on the content of ascorbic acid, but the content of crude fiber decreased. The optimum concentration of ethephon for seed soaking was 350 mg/kg. The amount of functional fertilizer applied to ginger was 525 kg/hm2. The effect of boron fertilizer on yield was slightly better than that of zinc fertilizer, and the effect of the two on the quality of ginger was slightly different. The application of 1500 kg/hm2 silicon fertilizer could not only keep the quality of ginger, but also achieve the best effect of yield increase.
