3个‘金槐’品种的生理特性比较

摘要:

探究不同金槐品种的抗性能力,为‘金槐’的品种选择以及栽培生理提供科学依据。以3个‘金槐’品种为研究对象,测定光合指标、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性。结果表明,3个‘金槐’品种的光响应曲线变化趋势基本一致,但在光合有效辐射达到800 μmol/(m2·s)后,‘金槐J2’的净光合速率明显大于‘金槐J1’与‘金槐J3’。3个‘金槐’品种的光饱和点、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾效率、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶9个指标都表现出相同的规律,其由高至低顺序为‘金槐J2’、‘金槐J1’、‘金槐J3’。丙二醛含量由高至低顺序为‘金槐J3’、‘金槐J1’、‘金槐J2’。综合考量,‘金槐J2’对缺水、干旱的条件有较强的适应能力,抗逆性强,可作为推广种植的首选品种。

Abstract:

To explore the resistance ability of different varieties of Sophora japonica ‘Jinhuai’, and provide a theoretical basis for the variety selection and cultivation physiology research, taking three S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’ (‘Jinhuai J1’, ‘Jinguai J2’and ‘Jinhuai J3’) as the research objects, we investigated the photosynthetic indexes, MDA and PRO content, activities of SOD, POD and CAT in the leaves. The results showed that the variation trend of light response curves of the three S. japonica ‘Jinhuai’ varieties were basically the same, but after 800 μmol/(m2·s) of photosynthetic active radiation (PAR), the net photosynthetic rate of ‘Jinhuai J2’ was significantly higher than that of ‘Jinhuai J1’ and ‘Jinhuai J3’. The light saturation point, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration efficiency, proline content, catalase activity, superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase of the three varieties showed the same regularity, and the order from high to low was ‘Jinhuai J2’, ‘Jinhuai J1’, ‘Jinhuai J3’. The order of MDA content from high to low was ‘Jinhuai J3’, ‘Jinhuai J1’, Jinhuai J2. Considering that ‘Jinhuai J2’ has strong adaptability to water shortage and drought condition, and has strong stress resistance, it can be the first choice for planting.
