转rd29A基因国槐试管苗对盐胁迫的生理响应

Physiological Responses to Salt Stress in transgenic Sophora japonica L in Virto with Transformed rd29A gene

摘要: 以转rd29A基因国槐株系及其受体亲本植株为材料,在NaCl胁迫下,分别在处理后不同时间测定了耐盐生理指标。结果表明: 在0.6%NaCl胁迫下,国槐植株内可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量,丙二醛(MDA)含量以及相对电导率都随NaCl胁迫时间的延长而增加:与受体亲本植株材料相比,转基因株系的可溶性糖、和细胞膜稳定提高,丙二醛、脯氨酸含量降低。说明转rd29A基因的国槐植株耐盐性得到提高。

Abstract: The study cultured the seedlings of transgenic Sophora japonica L with transformed rd29A gene and its rd29A-- recipient parents in the specialized nutrient solutions with NaCl contents , and then some physiological and biological changes of them tested separately after different days. The result showed that the content of soluble sugar, free proline and Malonaldehyde (MDA), electric conductivity under NaCl treatments were increased with the time. Under the salt stresses, the seedlings of the transgenic Sophora japonica L showed high soluble sugar content, high Membrane Stability and low MDA content, low free proline content compared with the non-transgenetic plants. SO that they have strong salt resistance.
