玉米新月弯孢菌产毒素条件的研究

摘要: 本试验研究了不同培养基、培养方式及培养时间对新月弯孢菌(Curvularia lunata)产毒能力的影响,分析了毒素对萌芽期不同指标影响的差异。结果表明:改良的Fries培养基产毒能力较强;连续震荡培养有利于弯孢菌产生更多的毒素;新月弯孢菌产毒的最佳时间为15天。将提取的粗毒素稀释50、100、200倍处理玉米种子,萌芽率和根长长度与对照相比均差异极显著,而芽长长度均差异不显著。

Abstract: In order to utilize toxin of Curvularia lunata, media, culture methods and culture time were studied. The results showed that Fries medium was better. Continuous shaking culture and 15 days were best for Curvularia lunata producing toxin in this paper. Maize seeds were treated with toxins diluted 50,100,200 times to study the effect of the toxin on corn seed germination and growth. The results showed that germination percentage and growth of radicle had significantly difference contrasted with CK,growth of embryo had not difference.
