不同浓度镍胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发及其生理生化特性的影响

摘要: 摘要:以黄瓜为材料,研究了不同浓度镍(Ni2+)胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发及黄瓜胚轴超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:Ni2+浸种处理对黄瓜种子萌发具有低浓度下的激活效应和高浓度下的抑制效应,且随浓度的增加这种抑制效应逐渐增强;细胞内MDA含量在低Ni2+浓度处理下增幅较小,尔后随着镍浓度的提高MDA含量逐渐增大;体内保护酶系统中SOD、CAT活性的变化表现为随Ni2+处理浓度的增加而呈现先升后降的趋势。而POD活性随着处理浓度的增加而持续升高。

Abstract: Abstract: Cucumbers were used to study the effect of seed germination and the activity of hypocotyls superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) responsing to different concentrations of nickel (Ni2 +) stress. The results indicated that: Ni2 + treatment has activative effect under low concentrations but inhibitory effect under high concentration for cucumber seed germination, and the inhibitory effect gradually increases with the increasing concentration; the content of MDA in cells increases slightly at low concentrations of Ni2 +, and then increases gradually as the concentration of nickel increases ; the activity of SOD and CAT in the endogenous protective enzyme system increases first and then reduced with the increasing concentration of Ni2 +.However,the activity of POD keeps increasing with the increasing concentration of Ni2 +.
