摘要： 摘要：2003—2007年完成了农业部连续5年的全国棉花质量安全普查工作，在三大主产棉区选取546个基点进行了棉花生产状况调查，同时抽取2201份棉花样品进行纤维质量检测，掌握了我国棉花生产的基本情况和质量状况，发现了一些固有的问题，并提出了几点改进建议。

Abstract: Abstract: The census of the national cotton quality and safety was completed in 2003-2007. In the three main cotton-producing regions , 546 basis points were selected for a survey of cotton production, while 2201 samples were taken for cotton fiber quality testing, Master of Chinese cotton production and quality of the basic conditions and found that a number of inherent problems and made a few suggestions for improvement.
