广西多穗石柯根皮苷的提取及纯化工艺研究

Extraction and Purification Technique of Phloridzin from Lithocarpus polystachyus in Guangxi

摘要:

为解决现有工艺中根皮苷得率和纯度不高的问题,以多穗石柯叶为实验材料,采用萃取法对多穗石柯根皮苷的提取和纯化工艺进行研究。确定根皮苷提取的最佳工艺条件为:多穗石柯干叶粉碎过30目筛,乙醇浓度75%,料液比1:15,浸泡时间24 h,超声时间20 min,离心时间15 min,甲醇浓度50%。在该条件下获得的根皮苷平均得率为7.63%,平均纯度为91.10%。

Abstract:

The paper aims to solve the problem of low yield and low purity of phloridzin extracted by existing techniques of extraction and purification. The leaves of Lithocarpus polystachyus were used as experimental materials, and the extraction and purification techniques of phloridzin from L. polystachyus were studied by using extraction method. The optimum extraction condition of phloridzin was determined as follows: crushing phloridzin and sieving with 30-mesh, the ethanol concentration of 75%, the ratio of material to liquid of 1:15, the immersion time of 24 h, the ultrasonic time of 20 min, the centrifugation time of 15 min and the methanol concentration of 50%. Under this condition, the average yield and purity of phlorizin were 7.63% and 91.10%, respectively.
