冬枣百菌清、氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯残留的研究

摘要: 摘 要:本研究采用改良的GC-ECD测定方法,在冬枣采收前30天,对冬枣病虫害防治中常用的百菌清、氯氰菊酯和氰戊菊酯进行农药残留研究,结果表明,喷药浓度对冬枣3种农药的残留量影响均达到显著和极显著的水平,残留量均表现为上限浓度﹥下限浓度﹥CK;随着采样间隔时间的延长,每种农药在冬枣上的残留量均逐渐减少,不同的农药变化趋势不同;洗涤剂对百菌清和氰戊菊酯的清洗效果较好,自来水洗涤对氯氰菊酯的去除效果较好。上述结果可为冬枣的无公害果品生产提供一定的参考。

Abstract: Abstract:In this study, the pesticide residues of chlorothalonil, cypermethrin and fenvalerate of Dongzao were determined by improved gas chromatography with electron capture detection (GC-ECD) 30 days before harvest. The result showed that the concentration of these three pesticides had significant difference and great significant difference on the pesticide residues with the order of high concentration﹥low concentration﹥CK. The residues of these three pesticides were observed to have been reducing with the harvest time, but with different variation in reduction. Of all measures taken for the lavation, we found it was better to eliminate chlorothalonil and fenvalerate with lotion, but for the elimination of cypermethrin there would be better effect with water. These result could provide some reference for the organic fruit production of Dongzao.
